J&T ARCH INVESTMENTS, a fund for qualified investors, is investing indirectly into BigBoard Praha, the largest player in outdoor advertising in the Czech Republic. The investment, made through BB Global, in which J&T ARCH holds a one-third stake through its underlying fund, deepens its cooperation with Dušan Palcr. In the past, the Fund helped finance his acquisition of JTZE a.s., the second-largest agricultural company in the Czech Republic.
Upon obtaining all necessary regulatory and commercial approvals, BB Global acquired 60% of the shares in BigBoard Praha, purchasing it from the JOJ Media House group.
In addition to billboards, BigBoard Praha owns, for example, the Flowee server, the specialized website Mediář.cz, and the advertising servers Hyperslevy.cz and Hyperinzerce. It also holds a stake in Praha TV.
