Patrik Tkáč, co-founder of J&T Finance Group, is stepping down as Chairman of the Board of Directors at J&T BANKA as of today and fully assumes the position as Chairman of the Board of Directors at J&T Finance Group, the umbrella organization that owns and manages banks and financial institutions across the group.
The position as Chairman of the Board of Directors at J&T BANKA will now be held by its longtime CEO and current member of the Board of Directors, Štěpán Ašer.
